I oversee the end-to-end campaign production process — from initial concept development to final asset delivery — working closely with the production team while supervising key stages to ensure creative coherence, operational clarity and consistent execution across all materials.
Earlier in my role, I was directly responsible for executing each phase of production; currently, I focus on strategic oversight, creative supervision and approval of critical milestones to maintain alignment with the brand vision.
Concept Development
Creation of the idea, visual mood, story, tone and key narrative that guides the entire campaign.
Moodboard & Visual Direction
Building a detailed moodboard with references, lighting, color palette, styling direction and overall aesthetic alignment.
Model Casting & Team Selection
Coordinating model casting and selecting the production team (photographer, stylist, MUA, assistants).
On-Set Production & BTS
Planning and coordinating the shoot day, working with the team on set design, composition, product accuracy and visual consistency. Includes BTS documentation.
Post-Production
Selection of final images, retouch supervision in line with brand guidelines, color correction and preparation of assets for campaign materials and e-commerce.
Final Lookbook & Digital/Print Assets
Designing the lookbook layout and producing final materials for print, digital distribution and internal brand use.
