E-Commerce Visuals & Social Media — The Frankie Shop

I collaborated with The Frankie Shop on a six-month contract, working in close partnership with CEO Gaëlle Drevet, CMO Laura Marangon and the commercial leadership team to elevate the brand’s digital visual systems and cross-channel consistency.


E-commerce Project Scope:


I oversaw the development of scalable digital visual standards and guidelines, including editorial e-commerce visuals, website layout systems, CRM templates, digital banners and social media frameworks. My role included strategic supervision of visual hierarchy, typography logic, image guidelines and content structure, ensuring alignment between the brand’s aesthetic and performance goals.
Social Media & Content Strategy
In addition to website standards, I designed a cohesive visual and structural strategy for social media content — defining composition rules, image selection criteria and format logic for editorial storytelling and ongoing posting. I produced practical examples of feed layouts and templates that support future content planning and strengthen the brand’s presence across digital platforms.
